Thermal imaging pattern analysis
Thermal cameras identify surface temperature anomalies that help indicate where moisture may be accumulating, followed by targeted moisture meter readings to verify conditions before proposing excavation.
Included: locating the leak with acoustic and thermal tools and reporting findings. Excluded: the repair itself, which is scoped separately once the leak is located. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment.
